What does a 7 Story Apartment Complex Look Like in a Single Story neighborhood?

Keeping in mind that the Site Plan SAYS 4 stories, the FLUM-58 zoning and land use changes that were approved by City Council on August 13th, 2020 allows Blue Sky Communities to build UP TO 7 STORIES and increase the neighborhood population density by upwards of 30%. It is indisputable that the proposed land use and zoning is inconsistent with the surrounding neighborhood.
